原文:“不要因为需要帮助而感到羞耻。你有职责要尽,就像城墙上作战的士兵。如果你受了伤,没有战友的帮助爬不上去,那又怎样呢?”——马可·奥勒留,《沉思录》7.7

马可·奥勒留在这段话里强调:在需要的时候,寻求帮助、接受帮助是很重要的。他把尽本分比作战场上的士兵,彼此依靠、互相支援。这正是基督教教导的核心——看重谦卑、团契和彼此扶持。下面这些经文不仅印证了奥勒留的智慧,还带我们走得更深:

一、谦卑与需要帮助

  • 雅各书 4:6(和合本):“但他赐更多的恩典,所以经上说:‘神阻挡骄傲的人,赐恩给谦卑的人。’”
