Do Not Worry
Lately, I’ve been struggling with worry and letting fear of financial struggles and of the future get me sad and uncontent. But awhile ago, as I was reading Matthew 6:19 and verses 22–23, I became more at ease. And I truly felt as though the Lord opened my ears and my heartreminding me that.
Not only is he a great god and looks after the animals and even the plants of this world 🌎 he who made us in his image is looking after us and as 📖 Matthew 6:25–26 (NIV):
“Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothes?Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they?”
Not saying life won’t throw different things and we won’t suffer but that god cares and he will make a way when it feels like no way is being made so as Matthew 6:19 (NIV): Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moths and vermin destroy, and where thieves break in and steal.” In other words do not spend so much time worrying especially about money or treasures of this earth that can be taken at any moment but instead trust in the lord
do not worry about tomorrow for tomorrow we’ll worry about itself. 🤍 @Everyone
