At Solo Faith, faith is lived out in food deliveries, community outreach, and a commitment to showing up for Cabarrus County families in the most practical ways possible.

Who We Are

Solo Faith Church Inc. is a faith-based nonprofit congregation located at 587 Old Charlotte Rd SW, Concord, NC 28027. Led by Pastor Doug Lattimore, Solo Faith is built around a simple but demanding belief: that the church belongs to the community, not just to the congregation. We gather for worship on the weekend and for Bible study on Tuesday night, and we also show up on Monday, on a doorstep with groceries, and in the gap where other systems fall short.

Faith That Feeds People

The most visible expression of Solo Faith's mission is its food access program. Solo Faith operates a free food pantry and has built a partnership with DoorDash through the Project Dash program — a logistics initiative that delivers free groceries directly to households across Concord and Cabarrus County. The program was designed specifically for families who face transportation barriers: seniors, households without vehicles, caregivers who cannot leave home, and individuals recovering from illness. For $10, Solo Faith can deliver one household's groceries to their door, no paperwork, no judgment, no conditions.

This is not a side project. Food access is one of the central pillars of Solo Faith's organizational identity. The congregation has built operational systems, community partnerships, and a donor base specifically to sustain this work — because hunger does not wait for the right moment, and neither do we.

Worship and Bible Study in Concord

Solo Faith Church gathers for worship twice each weekend at 587 Old Charlotte Rd SW in Concord — Saturday at 1:00 PM and Sunday at 1:00 PM — and for Bible study on Tuesday at 7:00 PM. Every gathering is also live-streamed. Services are open to everyone — longtime believers, curious skeptics, first-time visitors, and anyone in between. The church's worship style is Spirit-led and pastoral, grounded in Scripture and shaped by a community that values honesty over performance. You do not need to dress a certain way, know the right words, or have your life figured out. You are welcome as you are.

Community Outreach Beyond the Walls

Beyond food access and weekend worship, Solo Faith Church is actively engaged in the broader life of Cabarrus County. The church runs a Solo Faith Directory — a community blog that spotlights local businesses, nonprofit resources, and neighbors worth knowing. It supports sponsors and partners who align with its mission of community uplift. And it continues to develop programs that connect faith with practical impact, from youth ministry to economic empowerment initiatives.
