Exploring the Mission of Solo Faith Church

At Solo Faith Church, our mission is rooted deeply in the life and teachings of Jesus (Yeshua). We are a church first - a non-denominational fellowship aligned with the early church practices of Polycarp and Quartodeciman traditions. Our faith is built on Scripture alone, following what Christ and His apostles delivered, not what later men added (Romans 10:17). We worship Jesus (Yeshua) as the Messiah, the Word made flesh, who died, rose on the third day, reigns, and is our soon-coming King.

Our community gathers for two distinct in-person services every weekend - Saturday at 1:00 PM and Sunday at 1:00 PM - both live-streamed and available online anytime. These are not the same service on different days; each has its own unique focus and style. We also observe biblical feast days with special services throughout the year, honoring Christ through these remembrances without legalism or empty ceremony.

The Mission of Solo Faith: Loving God and Neighbor

The heart of our mission is grounded in Jesus’ command to love God with all our heart, soul, and mind, and to love our neighbor as ourselves. This command is the whole of Scripture, Old and New Testament, guiding everything we do. Our faith is not about empty rituals or traditions but about a living relationship with Jesus (Yeshua) that transforms us and compels us to serve others.

We believe that faith is the root, and serving is the fruit. Loving God leads us to love our neighbors in practical ways. This is why we operate a free food pantry and provide grocery delivery through DoorDash for households facing transportation barriers, including seniors, families without reliable transportation, and the homebound. These acts of service flow naturally from our devotion to Christ and our desire to live out His love in our community.

Our mission also includes spiritual growth and discipleship. We offer Solo Seminary courses to help believers deepen their understanding of Scripture and grow as followers of Jesus (Yeshua). Our prayer ministry supports individuals in their spiritual journeys, and our job and entrepreneurial training programs equip people to thrive in their work and serve others effectively.

Worship That Honors Scripture and Tradition

At Solo Faith Church, worship is centered on Jesus (Yeshua) and Scripture. We hold two distinct services each weekend, reflecting different aspects of our faith and community life. Our Saturday service at 1:00 PM and Sunday service at 1:00 PM are not interchangeable; each offers a unique experience that honors the Sabbath, Sunday, and the biblical feast days.

We follow the biblical feasts as Christ-centered remembrances, not as legalistic requirements. These feasts connect us to the early church and the Jewish roots of our faith, helping us remember and celebrate God’s redemptive work through Jesus (Yeshua). Our worship is simple, sincere, and focused on Scripture, with no insider language or pressure to perform.

We welcome everyone to come as they are. There is no dress rehearsal, no need to fit a certain mold, and no performance required. Our goal is to preach what Scripture actually says, not what is popular, so that everyone leaves knowing they are known and loved by God.

Serving the Community Through Faith in Action

Our mission extends beyond worship into tangible acts of service. We believe that faith without works is dead, so we actively serve those in need in Concord and Cabarrus County. Our free food pantry is a vital resource for neighbors facing food insecurity. We also provide grocery delivery to those who cannot easily access the pantry due to transportation challenges.

These services are not charity alone but expressions of our faith in Jesus (Yeshua). We want to disciple the community for Christ and serve those in need, reflecting His love in practical ways. Our prayer ministry offers spiritual support, while our job and entrepreneurial training programs help individuals gain skills and confidence to improve their lives and contribute to the community.

Our church is a family of brothers and sisters walking together in love and accountability. We do not emphasize titles, hierarchy, or religious show. Instead, we focus on building genuine relationships rooted in Scripture and Christ’s love.

Who is the Owner of Living Faith Church?

This question does not apply to Solo Faith Church, as we are a non-denominational fellowship without a single owner. Our leadership is shared among elders and servants who are committed to following Christ’s example and Scripture’s guidance. We operate as a community of believers, accountable to one another and to God.

Our confession is simple and clear: Jesus is Lord. This confession shapes our identity and mission. We follow the teachings of Christ and His apostles, not the additions of later men. This commitment to Scripture alone guides our worship, teaching, and service.

Growing Together in Faith and Service

At Solo Faith Church, we invite you to join us in a journey of faith that is both deeply rooted in Scripture and actively engaged in loving service. Whether you attend our Saturday or Sunday service, participate in our discipleship courses, or benefit from our community outreach programs, you will find a warm, welcoming place where Jesus (Yeshua) is at the center.

We believe that everyone is welcome to come as they are. There is no pressure, no insider language, and no need to perform. Our mission is to disciple the community for Christ and serve those in need, reflecting the love of God in all we do.

If you are looking for a church home that honors the Sabbath, Sunday, and the biblical feast days, and that is committed to Scripture alone, consider joining us at solo faith church inc. We hold two distinct services every weekend at 1:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday at 587 Old Charlotte Rd SW, Concord, NC 28027, both live-streamed and available online anytime.
